I just discovered this a few weeks ago and I sure wish I’d known about it previously. I apply it 3x daily and it reduces itch so much!

thanks for the great tip, I'm going to try it! Is 5% acetic acid with aqua the right choice when choosing white vinegar?

Just found your channel and will follow it. Is the white vinegar that we buy in the supermarket diluted already? Or do we still need to mix 1 to 10 parts of water as you suggested?

Hi! You would just buy white vinegar (that's not diluted yet) and you would mix it with water at home on your own 🙂 I hope that helps!

@@EczemaConquerors Hi, I just bought some white vinegar at our grocery store, very similar to what you've shown in your video (at time: 0:50), but a 1L bottle and it says "Pure white vinegar - 5% acetic acid by volume". Does that mean it's already diluted to 5%? I'm a bit confused - "pure" yet "5%". Should I still dilute it the way you described in 1:100 water ratio? Thanks for your attention.

Can it also be sprayed on your face, in the ears etc?

Yes it can - the ratio I shared about should be diluted enough where it doesn't sting, but if it stings, you can dilute it further.

Hello. Can this be sprayed on my 10 month old son? He’s got full body eczema. 😢
