i like how this scene shows that the maulers aren't necessarily 'evil'. i know they had an ulterior motive for helping, and they did try to sabotage the new body, but overall they were fairly supportive of rudy's decision to go through with this, constantly warning of the dangers.

I like how robot is hard to transfer cause he Literally had a BIG head. Motor cortex was eaten by his more advanced portions of his brain, meaning he quite literally barely moved his own fingers, yet his brain cells are so thick that its hard to transfer, the brain truly is a wonde.

In this case, yes, the mind was cloned as well for both the twins and Robot. The original consciousness/soul/self, whatever you want to call it still stays in the same body, but both have the exact same past memories and experiences

Well, when asked about when we'll learn about the release date of S3, Robert Kirkman stated it's gonna happen very soon and he also said "If only there were other big conventions happening at some point." I believe the closest big convention for movies/shows is NYCC in October so I guess we'll get the first teaser of S3 with the release date there (I mean, it wouldn't be the first time when something like this happened; for example, the full trailer of S2 was shown there last year) but of course, I could be wrong.

@@silkroad1479 You're welcome 😉 Also, given what was said in multiple interviews/posts, not only we'll get S3 next year (possibly in the first half, unless something unexpected happens) but we might also get every other season every year (again, unless something unexpected happens) 😁 And thankfully, Ryan Ottley confirmed S3 won't be split into 2 parts like S2 (hopefully, that'll also be the case with S4 and other potential seasons).

It's at least implied that this isn't possible in-universe. They can create a clone and copy the mind, but actually transferring from one to the other isn't possible (for the same reason that in the real world, a "transporter" in the Star Trek sense would actually kill the original and create a new person with the original's mind in a new location).

That is not at all what plot armor means. It's when a character avoids harm/death because they are important to the plot. What you're talking about is plot convenience.
