I know some people don't like Combiner Wars Megatron but that toy and this one prove you can still have an iconic Megatron look without needing to be a gun. He fits a tank mode like a glove.

That combiner wars version is one design that really could benefit from a few changes, such as being able to remove the arm cannon and the legs, seige has a lot more going right than wrong as Megaton designs go, prefect, no but its pretty much the best one looking like G1 outside of MPs, the resent SS BB movie is a good contender as well

The only thing i didn't like about that CW megatron was his size. It was masterpiece size, but I wanted him to be smaller, and his cannon wasn't removable , but those rubber treads were sick

I was a kid in the 80's, and I grew up loving the the Transformers! And I think this is the form that Megatron should've always been from the very beginning! Him transforming into a handgun was never believable! Him shrinking super small to fit in another character's hand, is kinda ridiculous! It seems like a Tank is what he was always meant to be! Something very subtle that really adds to this guy is the way his legs don't just snap back to their default position after an action like Optimus does. Like, if you take 4:56, he actually takes a step on each foot to put his legs back into their default position instead of just sliding.

Grimlock transformers just like he did when I use to have him and did it manually. The tail opens up the chest opens up and it's amazing how much they kept that same transformation relatively the same from Robot to Dino and back. Very cool.

There's no video reviews yet on the durability and longevity of these auto converting transformers. I'm considering purchasing both Flagship Optimus Prime and pre-ordering Megatron, but before splurging that type of hard earned cash, I wanted to see if there was actual customer support for these products. In the likely case that there were any issues or needs repair after a period of time, if there are replacement parts such as servos, and if the battery is replaceable once it reaches the end of it's life. I called Robosen. No one picked up so I left a voicemail. Still haven't heard back. I emailed them also with these questions and 2 days later got a short response asking what country I live in and haven't heard anything since. It gives me pause about purchasing a rather costly product(s) and their customer support is lacking. It would be a shame since they have an inspiring product and their customer support is weak, slow, or non-existent. A company is only as good as it's customer service and support. Just wondering what everyone else's experience has been with Robosen?
