This is awesome. Speaking of other models they could improve, it would be cool if they could integrate the Matrix in the SS32 Optimus Prime's chest and longer pipes in truck mode, as well as get the wheels out of the way behind the hips, to allow better rotation of the waist.

@thelifeofemanuelitooo8907 no, one shoulder was a bit loose in the pins though, so I had to put nail polish on it to give it more friction. I have that Shockwave as well and I don't mind if some joints are a little squeaky. I would rather have tight joints than loose ones. But if it really bothers you, you can heat up the joints with a hairdryer, or take it apart and put it in hot water for a min. Should loose it right up

Amazing review as always. It seems that BaiWei are always so close to perfection but just seem to barely miss the mark. Had they have added grey to the chest, knees, cannons and made the bumper black/dark grey, this would be the perfect figure. I do have a question though, does the vehicle gap filler for the “truck bed” work on the original? Just curious 😅

Baiwei's next SS KO is Bonecrusher, which completes their grocery list from last year (Sentinel, Ironhide and Bonecrusher). Can't wait for their next announcement, and my hope is for Brawl or Blackout KO or DOTM Megs since they also made the weaker 07 Megs 👍

@@myst3rixusl3ftb3hind And I hope they fix the original's lame colours and encased hands. Brawl is one of my favourite Decepticons from the 2007 movie but those issues were such dealbreakers for me. And that's a shame, cause the SS isn't bad at all... but I grey up with the original 2007 Deluxe Brawl, and while it's far from a flawless figure it had great colours and well sculpted hands, way better than the SS

3:18 While I agree that technically isn't big enough to be back kibble, the smooth "roof of the vehicle back" has always bothered me. (For ex. SS Hot Rod) I wish there was a way to flip it over or Invert it to reveal flat sculpted robot detail to remedy that, kinda like Peru Kill does that but nonetheless, the figure looks great. They are not very noticeable at all. I could only tell they were like that in my studio because I have lights pointing from the back, side & front but in natural lighting it looks fine

If you own Studio Series The Fallen, you'll know its arms are made of very dark translucent plastic, but it's very sturdy and you'll notice the transparency only if light hits it in a certain way. This Ironhide's arms look pretty much the same, maybe slightly less dark but they overall blend very well with the normal black plastic

If a Transformer is able to change modes without the removal other parts other than the weapons and the weapons are able to integrate seamlessly into one or both modes then it is not a Parts former

Ironhide needs more love, we need both rotf and dotm Ironhide in ss. Rotf would be a slight repaint with sand on his robot and truck mode and slight re molding. Dotm would be him with his handheld guns.
