Great video Kelly! I do enjoy when you ‘narrate’ post-dive and tell us what’s going on, it’s much better than at the time of the dive, imho. I love when you “take us for a ride” along the bottom, no pole, just you and the camera - the ocean is such an amazing place and to be able to experience it like that is unreal! Epic Video as usual Kelly ❣️PS. Next time you cook plantains, if you take them out after they are almost done, and "press" them, (plantain press, or you could use a cutting board and press down with a jar, mug, or plate), flatten them to about 1/4 thickness, return to fry on both sides for just a couple minutes...AND OH MYYYY LANTAAAA 😋. The sides and surface will be crispy, while the inside keeps its integrity with a soft sweetness center ❤️ Let me know if you ever try this, I think you'll love it. I serve mine with Pico de Gallo and Salsa Verde to dip with, but also delicious by itself

Your fish taco sauce is REALLY close to mine! 50/50 mayo/sour cream, chipotle in adobo, lime, cumin, salt, pepper, win. Occasionally put some diced green chilis in if I want texture...but only occasionally.

Aloha. Most of my diving has been on Lanai, going for lobster at night. Been abalone diving in Northern California a couple times as well. On Lanai, I usually used 3 prongs when reef spearfishing, pole spears were unheard of. Do you have a preference? I see you change it up.
