Primitive Takedown Bow Survival System

Awesomely Amazing Take down Bow, brada... !!! To be honest, I really want one of those and I'm gonna make one. The place where I live have a varieties of Bamboo. A very thin Bamboo to two and half inches of thicks Bamboo. I'm gonna make one with the Bamboo. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Stay safe, brada... ❤...!!!

Thank you! Thick bamboo should do the trick. Just remember your thickness taper to get a nice even bend :)

Absolutely awesome design. I've always liked the idea of a primitive takedown, but most other methods I've seen were not really primitive, metal sleeves and the like, or were simply more bulky in the handle than I wanted to deal with. This however, is awesome in design and simplicity. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you've effectively positive tillered two VERY short BITH paddle bows, and then grafted the stiffer limbs together to create a longer bow. That's freaking awesome! Pardon if you already did this and I missed it while watching, but could you add in the noise/vibration reduction by gluing some rabbit fur to the belly or back (or something similar) between the two limbs in contact with each other?

Yeah you've pretty much got it. I plan on making another video sometime soon where I'll go over the design of the bow in more detail. Easier to show than tell sometimes haha
