I think that if I lived in Vietnam, I would make cement paths between the vegetable beds so I would not have to always cut down the weeds. Your farm gets better and better every year, it is so amazing! I also hope you build a bigger stone or brick kitchen, maybe make a really beautiful home where you and your wife can retire. I really like what you have done with your farm. :-)

Also ash from the fires mixed with the pig slurry. My grandad could grow anything once he'd bought pig manure and used the ashes out of the fireplace.
