Thank you, sugar. I've been one of your subscribers since you barely had 2000 for about 7 years now and of all the stuff I went through in the past 7 years, you've always been a constant. You started from nothing, the first video I seen of you was with your bamboo cups.and now you got this awesome farm so much has happened in my life since then. And the same with yours, the evolution of everything. I started watching you when I was about to have my first son and now I have 4 kids actually, when I had my last kid, we had you playing on the tv I'm really proud of you.Big guyThank you for all your videos

Man! I really don't care if he gets help from other people behind camera. You know why? Because whatever he does on camera is impossible for many of us. I am also glad that he kind of moved out of that caveman game. I my opinion only one person can play that game successfully for years without cheating or uploading boring content. Keep up the good work my friend.👍
@theoneandonlyowl3764Ай бұрын
He is good to watch. I'm starting to think 'this' is possibly a form of local TV, or maybe is, just for the rest of the world, or maybe a stepping stone to real TV. I don't care and wish all them the best. I was watching PT's channel when this one popped up one day a few years back. I'm happy with both their success. Now I have a whole new genre of videos to watch. I enjoy the farming and associated videos from the mountains over there.
@bearnaff9387Ай бұрын
I don't think I've seen (so to speak) him do anything off-camera that he wasn't able to do on-camera. Some times there's a slip up. For example, the fish pond required active aeration for a time, and you could see the pipes down in the water. Additionally, there were a couple of recent episodes where it was pretty obvious that he used a modern hole-saw to make a stool and there was the whole ocean salt debacle. BUT, things like the recycled nails he uses, or when he uses purchased charcoal, or the machine-milled dimensional lumber don't really "count" to me. He's made nails, by hand, on camera before. He's hewn lumber from trees. He's gathered and cooked his own charcoal. The skills to do these things on his own exist. Nobody actually wants to either have 4/5ths of the videos released be prep/chore videos to keep things running or prepare for a project, OR wait weeks between video releases. There's a village within an hour's walk of the farm, and I'm pretty sure that Duong has a scooter somewhere. He should use them.
@thebighead84Ай бұрын
@bearnaff9387 and for all those reasons, I now consider his channel a "Farming Skills" rather than "Primitive Skills". He already showed us how it is possible to make the many tools and buildings that had been built, so I don't consider he going to the market and using modern tools cheating at all: it is a part of the natural evolution of how he can achieve all he has done.
@tahfookong6084Ай бұрын
If he get help behind the camera isn’t that cheating?
