Primos EDGE Gun Clamp shooting tripod

Well, I was planning on picking up the BOG Death Grip when I found this. Priced identically to the BOG comes in at 5.75 pounds as opposed to the BOG at 8.5. If priced identically, I will shed weight where I can. Even at 5.75 pounds I probably wouldn't want to hike with this thing forever, but for long distance shooting or predator hunting with limited distances to hike in I think it will work great. Here is what it looks like out of the box and how it works.
