I've always been fascinated by Ler and his style of playing the most intriguing thing is how he's just a straight cable guy

Lmao! Yeah you're right, he just does this music gig on the side to make a little spending money.

@TheWeirdo486 I love to see the Les Claypool strut, and how he moves about. That stage is HIS!!
@rondohunter89664 жыл бұрын
@TheWeirdo486 Really? Isn't it? I understand he has a band but who is the lead? Who sings? Yes, it is about Les.
@rondohunter89664 жыл бұрын
@TheWeirdo486 Know what you mean. I Wiki'd the band to see who was who and what did they play. Of course it changes occasionally but Les is the stable core.

Classic Claypool!! I referred to it as the Claypool Strut, but what the hey, we know what's what. I practice that walk in my living room while the sound system is cranked to 11.

Tim, ler, les símplemente el mejor trío de la historia!!
@rondohunter89664 жыл бұрын
Les Claypool recently purchased a new guitar, custom built of course. While tuning it the LIGO in Baton Rouge, LA registered it as a gravitational wave but later seismic instruments concluded that this was an earthly event, not cosmic. So they think.

Just realised Herb's amazing low end sound has something to do with having two bass drums, not just one bass drum with a double kick pedal. Therefore he's got 2 bass drum skins vibrating as opposed to just one = BIG low end. Sounds awesome in this video.

I know nothing of making music but I have half an idea of what you said and agree. It just sounded SO much better. I was watching Les play to try to find out where the extra beat was coming from, the guitar or the drums? So freaking cool how they meshed like that.
