I say probably no more then a couple years Charles is not in the best health I can point out several things but the way his hands and fingers swell so bad that is pericardial edema for those that don’t know it water around the heart putting pressure on it and can cause to have Cardiac issues including death

I wish she was still with us for the sake of her sons and grandchildren, but even if she was, she would not have been crowned Queen as she and Charles were divorced. Yes charlotte looks more confident and interested but that doesn't mean George isn't, he's just shy meeting people as compared to charlotte. And besides, George wouldn't have taken the role of page boy for the king's coronation if he wasn't "interested" or if he wanted to be "elsewhere". I've heard William and Kate asked him if he was comfortable taking on the role and he said yes. So we never really know. Imo George will be a great king because he's already very good with conversation skills, he convinced the king to change years worth of the traditional pants they were supposed to wear in a rather mature way. I do agree that charlotte is more confident but I feel like they're still too young to be judged whether or not they'll make great monarchs. People change. And I'm sure the future monarch wouldn't mind a shy king, The Queen herself was very shy but that doesn't make her any less of a great ruler.
