Balloon running on a swivel so that Garrick cant feel it on the pickup, balloon hols the bait high where they feed

@@TheASFN i still dont quite understand, i am here in george want to try this method in the touw river with livebait. so the balloon is attached to a swivel to the live bait? its like a big dobber?
