If you’re going to wear a dress to an interview-type setting, always make sure it’s no shorter than just above the knee so it doesn’t ride up when sitting, it has a medium neckline to reduce cleavage, and always wear sleeves, whether they’re on the dress or a blazer or cardigan. Tights or stockings also add a professional feel to a skirt or dress. That’s not sexist, that’s just professional.
