It looks more like they are afraid of showing any emotion what so ever, as soon as she realizes she is laughing, she quickly stops and gets control of herself once. William seems more at ease. :-)

This is very interesting --- we can clearly notice they both have to make an effort to behave and not get carried away throughout the whole interview. They seem to feel like laughing and smiling more but all the time they have to wipe that smile off their faces --- so artificial. It must be pretty hard to be royals. Aaaah aristocracy. ----

The thing about Wills and Kate are this -- they seem extremely approachable and don't act as if they're from an aristocracy or from wealth. I know if they go out in public to let's say a sporting event, though they would be sent to a royal or luxury box, they would be very comfortable sitting in the "cheap seats".

I feel they are just protecting them self's. They do not want to give too much of their private self away since there lives are so public- it is understandable. They seem genuine and it is professional and polite to remain composed when on such a public stage.
