Whoooooaaa! Random memory unlock! I had forgotten Rio Blast until seeing this, I had that figure. Eternia is such a fun, gonzo setting so this sounds great. No one plays Artificers but I always really like them. I like the alchemist the most, even though it's considered the "weakest".

Haha, that's awesome! :D I've always loved the setting, especially since watching the 2002 remake series. I've toyed with the idea of making a he-man campaign, but now I finally feel up to it.

@@hammeredshitsteakSeems like 5e is a good fit for it. So would Mutants & Masterminds.

The two relics I would use would be the loud mouth axe a magical axe used by masters wwe universe roddy piper and maybe the ultimate warriors cosmic cape .

Thanks! Hopefully now that I'm not holding myself to a timetable like "One post per day" and such, I'll be able to do this long term. I have plans for content already for like level 5-6 or something. Feeling good about it. :)

If you would ever run this online Id love to join since like most people from that era I grew up with MOTU as well and your take looks great. Id use a different system myself, but hey to each their own, 5e should work easy. Artificer is a great musst have class for this, especsially if you wanna make Man at Arms or a similar character. Loredos reminds me of New Texas of Bravestarr which could work as well as an alternative (even tough Bravestarr is mostly space western, it has some fantasy elements in the form of Bravestarrs Native American Magic powers). As a kid growing up in Germany I remember some of the different continuities from the various media im stoked to see the book you have is very thorough and includes the german audio play continuity. I probably get it myself now. Will Sheriff Riolus become a Cyborg after he is gunned down in th fashion how Alex Murphy becomes Robocop? I also like how you introduce Trap Jaw before he becomes a cyborg. Either way cool idea for a campaign and I enjoy your excellent illustrations for them.

Thanks alot dude! I barely remember Bravestarr apart from it's awesome intro. I've always been into weird west settings, and it's possible it played a role in making the game start in Loredos. Love the Robocop bit x'D We'll see how things develop, but I have enough ideas to get the players around level 5. I'm leaving most of the most recognizable stuff to later levels, since most of the central characters of He-man are pretty epic. Can't have them overshadowing the PCs just to make an appearance. :D

@hammeredshitsteak The space Western astethic was done multiple times in 80s cartoons. Other then Bravestarr there was Galaxy Rangers and Saber Rider and the Star Sheriff's are the most notable ones you may know. Star Wars and some of its ripoffs count as that varying extent (Star Crash has a cowboy robot with matching accent to boot, only the hat is missing and Battle Beyond the stars stars George Peppard as a space cowboy). Oblivion from 1995 is also a good life action example although it's low budget and a bit boring. It's good you are easing them in there is alot of lore and you can literally throw in whatever else you want. Maybe have them fight Stinkor or Mossman depending on what side of the law they wanna be, lol. Either way cool stuff! 😄
