The Princess Royal attended a dinner at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Knightsbridge, Central London. She was escorted to the event by the Metropolitan Police Special Escort Group (SEG) from Clarence House, and driven back in her Bentley Bentayga.

Apparently, Princess Ann was aware of the upheaval her arrival caused. She asked that when she departed she be allowed to merge into the London traffic unnoticed without the Police outriders, after all who would notice another Daimler in London traffic.
