Thanks for the Video! On the Megatel Sicily Lagoon project, what you guys think of the timelines? It has the Princeton ISD which isn't likes of Mckinney or Prosper. Do you think the city will built more schools/recreation centers to accommodate such huge influx of people. This Megatel Sicily has three phases and to my knowledge, the project is delayed. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

I think they are delaying it due to the costs of inflation and still dealing w the aftermath of the pandemic. Supplies are still on backorder. Esp to build the lagoon. They are building up down the road which will be McKinney ISD. Princeton is growing, it was only 5k ppl 10years ago so bring businesses and investors to the city will take time. It’s slowly growing. They are building so many homes and they are planning to build another middle school, they just added to the HS. They are building a hwy thru Princeton but I’m sure it’s gonna take time too. I don’t plan on seeing anything w Megatel/Sicily for another 6 mos to a year. They are waiting on that lagoon because it’s gonna be the prime factor of selling homes. I’ll be definitely watching!

@@Love_SumLotta - Thank you so much for the details. Appreciated it. We have booked 4 houses for phase-2 and hoping to close by early 2025. 🤞 Just not sure on the timelines. Looks like it’s already delayed by 4-6months. On the ISD, they have mentioned Princeton ISD on their website. The FM street should be developed with the convenience stores etc similar to other FM roads. Hopefully to see Princeton as next Plano or Frisco in next 5years.

I’m comparing it to maybe Little Elm area. It will take something major coming here for Princeton to blow up like Frisco Toyota is what really made Frisco blow up.

Nice video thanks for sharing , in the future hopefully near future when I relocate to Dallas , Princeton is on my list and Celina is first on my list as well. Could you please do a video showing the affordable home plans that have a nice staircase viewing the living and that is a new construction with all the updates appliances in The communities of Sutton fields or Light farms in Celina tx?

Hi , my budget is around 350,000 to 450,000, I heard that Celina new construction homes range about low 400,000 on up, but prices could change in the next two to five years since it’s a growing city , let me know what other options to look into for a new construction single family home. I have been trying to convince my mom for us to move to Dallas , I am planning on taking a Dubai trip in fall or next winter and hopefully stop by Dallas so she could see what it has to offer.

I don’t offer tours anymore but when you come I can help plan a map where you can get some good coverage of the areas you are interested in. 450k will be on the lower end of celina meaning mostly 3BD, 1story. That area is hot and high demand. The market is changing constantly rn so it can change.

As a homeowner, I'm a bit concerned about all of the new apartments and rental properties being built. What kind of impact do you think it will have on overall home values in Princeton? I'm hoping that it will all be positive.

Princeton is a hot spot now so I don’t see the home values going down even w the apartments coming. They are building new phases and neighborhoods so the market won’t be affected.

I grew up there in the 80s and 90s only about 2500 ppl there. Had an apartment at buffalo run apts on 982 street. From boring slpy town to wth wow changed so much. Great video tho thx

I haven't seen 380 that free of traffic in a while, lol! It's bumper to bumper especially early in the morning or in the afternoon going Mckinney or Denton. Anyway, very nice homes out there.
