I don't, sorry. I don't consider myself all that proficient in photoshop. I know enough to do a few things, lol.

Hello! If your file doesn't have a solid color border and has various colors around its edge, is there a simple way to create that bleed?

Not as easy as this, but still not too bad. So, go ahead and make the white outline around on a separate layer and then use the clone stamp tool to 'stamp' the color around the edges. I don't have a video for this, but you should be able to find one if you search 'photoshop clone stamp tool'. Another option is to use the content aware fill tool. I'm just playing around with that right now, maybe I will make a video, but again if you search for that on youtube you will probably find some videos.

I only have Illustrator and I got lost at around 6 mins :-/

I still need to do a tutorial for Inkscape. I don't have illustrator. I've recently switched to Silhouette which allows you to print and cut bigger so that makes things a lot easier.
