Why are you removing the ink from the tubes? Can't you put a small plug in them and just leave the ink in the tubes?

I have a client that has a VJ1324 xs. He says he's cleaned this way twice. But the incline will be empty before the head prints. Does anyone have any idea what we can do to fix this?

You must start the technical mode and do a head cleaning in the "ink charge" mode. That will make the ink go through the hoses and the head. At least that's how I do.
