Print Spooler Service Is Not Running In Windows 10 FIX

The print spooler service is not running." or "The Dependency Service or Group Failed To Start". Hello, I went through almost all the steps you mentioned except activating the DCOM Server Process launcher and the RPC Endpoint Mapper. I was unable to activate them.

I've been trying to print from my new HP Omen without success ... called HP was useless, called Microsoft couldn't get a human being ... this worked first time. Thanks. By the way I can't recommend HP Omen ... it's loaded with problems and not reliable.
