finally i know what's going on with my printer for almost 2 months. there is a steel hook stuck inside. unluckly, my printer cannot turn on anymore because the pin part was damaged because it's so hard to put it back together. im quite sad because i used it for almost 6 years without any problem and because of my mistake , i will not having printer anymore. anyway, thank your for your tutorial . :(

The roller that should pull paper down just bangs against the back wall of printer. No jams seem to be evident. Any suggestions?

my printer cannot open the top of the printer so i cannot see inside the printer. how to open the top of the printer i already unscrew it?

Pull up once unscrew and push back front right side pull up slowly and left front side push back lift slowly
