Your process for saving graphics & text, so text can be personalized seems flawed. We created templates and the text portion of the design is always off center and the graphic is not where is needs to be when the template is used. HIGHLY suggest your team figures out an easier process. Ridiculous.

Thanks for this video, but for making Greeting cards it requires multiple templates. Printify doesn't seem to be capable of selecting multiple templates for constructing greeting cards outside and inside. A serious bummer.

Hi! Can you clarify what you mean here? All your templates will be saved under the 'Templates' tab and you can add as many as you'd like to your product. If you're referring to saving one template for all print areas of a product, then, yes, we don't have that feature yet, but that's a good suggestion!

The new mockup library is horrible and adds time to the listing process. Please just let us select and easily choose the mockups again.

We have articles that describe this in more detail in our Help Center for each platform, or our support team will be able to look into it for you ([e-mail]).
