Just because where you live has low humidity does not mean that the filament did not absorb moisture before it got to you.

This is why a filament dryer is a must . I toss every roll into it for 6 hrs before I even start printing .

Nylon absorbs moisture like crazy, even in dry areas. Most filament dryers won't cut it. Need to dry at 80 - 90c for several hours. It also needs to be in a dryer while printing. Layer adhesion will be a problem while moisture is popping out. Warping is reduced with a heated enclosure. One more point. Cheap filament + weeks spent making it work is more costly than just getting a good filament to start with. Polymaker PA6-CF is a good one, but the CF does require a hardened nozzle.

Maybe check out some of the channels that focus on 3d printing to see if they have any pointers on printing nylon, or the 3d print general's book.

I'd like to use a laser to sinter powdered steel such as used by knifemakers: lase the pattern, add more powder, laze again until you have bonded layers of metal in a finished object that was accurately projected.

Sounds like you have tried all the obvious choices. Can you not set the flow speed and the travel speed independently on your slicer? You might get a little elephant footing or dimensions slightly larger then the original dimensions.

The Nylon prints failed, i get fixed with some rests of not ruined liquid resin, SLA stuff, dipped and uv lighted an so on. as i redesined my workbench with nylon spaghetti, and make my room look in uv light only like an evil dead episode, i got thinkins of some new sharp carving tools for wood...

I don´t know nothing about 3D printing. But friends of mine do. I live in Germany and here are other companys where to get the things like BASF. And smaller dealers. If U like I take a look around for U.

I bought a roll of this because it was the cheapest nylon. My results were the same. It's the cheapest for a reason.

I suppose you could also add that all this messing around taught you a lot a generic knowledge about printing generally and your setup specifically that will pay off when you trap for a more expensive spool more confident of your skills and ability.
