This was gross to watch. Dazzling Angel and Felidar Savior do so much work for both the "curve out and kill them" and the "stall until 7" plan.

Great deck building on this one. I would have definitely succumbed to temptation and built the mediocre sultai deck with good rares but that’s why you’re a pro and I’m not!

Love to see all these pros and content creators draw normal hands every game and opponents making silly plays when theyre the ones who could afford a bit of bad luck with the ton of gems they have anyways. Meanwhile im spending 40 $ for nothing cuz my opponent rips a bloodthirsty conqueror from the top with etali and the other play valkyries call into blasphemous edict back to back and my run ends after 2 games. The Magic gods definitely have good humor!

26:30 I think I'd cut Vampire Soulcaller - the 5 mana 3/2 can't block. The way you lose is aggro curve outs before you get to 7s and that card doesn't help there.

I really don't understand why you thought your pool was so bad. You should have seen my first pool: zero playable rares, no two colors with enough cards to play a functional deck. That's a bad pool. This one was pretty great, honestly. You just had a very solid B/W deck. A little light on removal but still a few pieces and a very solid curve. Your 3 into 4 of 2/3 flyer into felidar was just great, and on top of that you had bombs (a little bit too much top end TBH but they certainly won some games). Obviously your opponents drew poorly and that helped a lot but I would definitely not mulligan this pool.
