Cutting is RGB(NOT CMYK) 255 R, G 0, B 0, A 255(or 100 depends on version) and stroke style 0.001, save as PDF and the open PDF in Adobe and Print to VLS and remember to enable "true size"

Yes, remember to only use Adobe Acrobat

So when I go to stroke style and set it to .001 pts the line totally disappeared. I can go to view>display mode>outline I can see the outline but not the red box I drew. Also I don’t have hairline as an option. Any tips would be appreciated

Please help! I'm having similar issues. cannot get the hairline or 0.001 pt line to cut or engrave.

They screwed up a build at InkScape. Get latest download and it fixes. I had same problem.

Use mm insted of pts

I want to draw attention to the very direct method by use of Extensions --> Export --> Win32 Vector Print , this triggers UCP interface and pushes the drawings to there directly which is massive and doesn't involve using Adobe products whatsoever. I believe this is the better workflow : kzbin.info/www/bejne/lXuzk2qKqJiobpY . It's advisable that you have the latest version of Inkscape

Thanks for the guide. Although after testing, I have discovered that it only works in Adobe Acrobat.
