Prioritization matrices || Ranked order of priorities|| Management Planning Tool

In real life scenario, whenever we present root cause analysis and submit the list of solution alternatives to the management, we often see a situation where those alternatives are not implemented. This is primarily because the management does not have required budget and resources to implement all the recommended actions or solution alternatives.
The management prefers the list of prioritized recommendations so that it can implement suggested alternatives based on resources and budget available at its disposal.
Prioritization matrix helps address this need and comes up with ranked list of prioritized solution alternatives. In this video we will learn Prioritization matrix using an example.
