This container house has everything a family needs! A modern classic facade with sober tones and large openings favoring natural lighting.
In interior design, we prioritize light colors. The ground floor comprises the entrance hall, living room, kitchen, dining room, wine cellar, toilet, and laundry. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, one suite, and the other two demi-suites. The backyard has a lounge, large pool, and mini-golf. On the rooftop deck, a gourmet area with a barbecue, table, and lounge.
In this container house, there are four 40-foot Dry HC containers. At the end of the video, you can check all the details on the floor plan.
Container house: how much does it cost?
There is a wide variety of finishes that can be used in the construction of a container house, which can be a medium or high standard project, being a very personal decision. The construction of a shipping container house, compared to traditional construction, becomes a faster and more sustainable construction, in addition to not requiring complex foundations.
Is the container hot? No! With thermal insulation, we can avoid any discomfort related to heat or cold inside the container.

This house is a "master piece" in every way possible. The mere fact that it's a SCH is in itself quite an achievement and the design is amazing. Great layout! For the shared bathroom upstairs, I would probably have the "other" door able to be locked from inside the bathroom with a little sign that says "Occupied" (similar to airplane bathroom doors), just so the other person knows it is being used at a particular time :-) Also love the outdoor space!
