Local LCS that made multiple Facebook posts advertising normal prices, opened the doors 10 minutes early at 10:50 and let people know that Prismatic ETB’s would be priced at $140 due to demand. Everybody in line was searching for the posts the business had made claiming normal pricing/msrp and they were all deleted lol Half the line immediately left and some were talking about never returning to the LCS

Same, my own manager lied to me about not having any.. at my own job. Was there at 5 am, the first one too, it was my day off. However, he told everyone only preorders around 7am. Didn't want to use my "priority," so I didn't set any aside the days before because it felt greedy. I wanted to earn my boxes the right way. I had similar. Showed up to GameStop 2 hours before it opened to get 1ETB and a binder set. Then when the employee came out the store he told the line of almost 50 or more people to leave. They had no Prismatic for anyone in line and that they had to send their supply that they had in the store to another store. I was 4th in line. Pretty disappointed that I didn’t get anything on release day. But it is what it is.

I was got to one of my local gamestops at roughly 6am this morning and ended up being the first person there luckily. By the time they opened at 10am the line was incredibly long. This gamestop only had 9 ETB's, 1 Binder collection, 6 sticker collections, and maybe 4 or 5 poster collections. They at least decided to put a limit on how many you can get (2 days ago when I asked them about it, they had said there wasn't a limit on quantity purchased) and told us it was 1 of each product per person. I was luckily able to get 1 of each product and the total was $119. This will probably be the only Prismatic Evolutions that my daughter and I will get to open for quite a long time. I just can't spend $130 for an ETB that comes with 9 packs of cards or even $60-$70 for the other collection products in this set. I hope everyone that tried to score some today was able to get, at least something. It's crazy out there!

I foolishly waited for a LGS to open for an hour and a half because I thought it would be just a little over MSRP. It was “market price”, but I bought it anyways cuz I didn’t want to bother with it anymore. I went to Target on the way home, on a hunch…and they were just stocking ETBs and Binders. There were 5 guys already there, but fortunately they limited the product to 2 ea. I got mine, but only 2 of ea left for some lucky bastard.

I’m in Australia, I preordered on the 5/11 and was lucky enough to get my order, 2 Etbs to keep sealed and a poster and a binder collection for my 6yr old to open now. I feel for everyone who has to wait or who is dealing with the limited stock issues.. Hopefully since Pokemon have acknowledged the stock issue they will be working hard to get more printed and at least get some more product into collectors hands. Thanks again for the content!

Similar story....I was at Walmart right when it was getting stocked. I was third in line behind two dudes that looked like cartel members. 6 ETBS....I didn't get any. When I asked one dude if I could get one when it was still on the shelf and his cart was blocking me..he said "I'm getting three and my friend is getting three". Great experience

I can understand why they say “Sorry there is no stock” bc people honestly are crazy especially when it comes to Pokemon and it avoids confrontation. Especially just looking at the CostCo Videos it just shows how people can become aggressive very quick and put the stocker in danger. But I’m sure she saw that you were really nice (bc you seem nice and honest from what I’ve seen in your videos) but she probably like I can’t risk my job especially since it is probably company policy. MJ Holdings restockers will wait until they are done setting up the shelf because they take a picture of the finished display to prove that they delivered their products so there's usually no way they're going to give you anything until they take the rope down.

I see people remove it with a hair dryer or heat gun, whats the best move here? does leaving the shipping label ruin the value? Also, not a scalper. I’m one of the psychos who’s gonna attempt to to master set prismatic, so far got an ETB & Binder set that I luckily ordered from a local card shop. There was a line of about 15 ppl this morning at the card shop 30 minutes before it opened, and they limited it to 1 ETB or 2 of the other items per person (you couldn’t buy extras if you had a pre order), which was really nice. Everyone in line as far as I know got atleast 1 item, mostly ETBs, except for the people who were just tagging along & didn’t want anything As for my pulls, LOL yeah the rates are bad, best thing I got was a full art Mela & 2 maximum belt ace specs. Those SIR’s are gonna be hard to come by, and my wallet is not gonna be happy with me. Here’s to waiting for the reprints 🎉

When the hype is up they randomly drop the new product. Not sure if you are new to the hobby but back when Celebrations was this hot you could not predict the restock. Sometimes like 1 in the morning, sometimes mid day. I think they have something that determines overall site traffic and when it is high they don't do a drop which this morning it was very high. You can tell it is high when the robot thing starts going off on you claiming you could be a bot. During low traffic times that is off.

Yo my friend(s)!! I pulled a sylveon SIR so happy, one of the cards I wanted most bad of the entire set. I defenitely gotten so lucky, me and my friend went to the store at opening time and we got some, was all sold out in 15 mins. Then in another store there was actually still enough product (at least for today). It was already closer to 10 euro / pack price there. But I pulled sylveon from a 3 pack sylveon tech sticker. Huge stuff. Got to open 15 packs in total I am so lucky :o (I also pulled a regular pokeball umbreon) Edit: P.S: I feel like this set printing quality is really bad, both the pokeball umbreon and sylveon sir have like weird texture on places it shouldnt be (or maybe more like a tiny scratch / texture dots) they will both 100% not pull psa 10, so if it's like that for entire set the psa 10 ratios might be on some craazy level.

Grab the Japanese versions of all these eeveelutions. They are all under 100 bucks for now. I bet those go way up once people realize none of the English are being pulled and going up for sale. People gonna turn to the next best thing
