It's all bollocks. The guy was a thug, bang to rights. He was a bully and an enforcer in Frankland until one lunchtime on D wing in the '90's. Went into cell 3.20, put it on this big black dude. Guy let Slaney take his best shots then grabbed his head like a melon and took a big bite out of his forehead. I was there when the bell went. Slaneys reputation shot, ended up down the seg., growing his fringe to cover the scarring, looked ridiculous. Didn't have the arse to return to the wings at the time, no credibility. Saw him in Long Lartin seg unit years later, head gone, too much seg time, always happens to seg rats in the end, system breaks you. Forehead scarring still visible! Remember guys, there's always someone harder, tougher, faster - especially as you age. You gave them a clump years ago, now they're just waiting, you're looking over your shoulder for the rest of your bird. If it's the life you've chosen, no point complaining, system always wins in the end - don't fight it - get on it.
