I have no doubt Stephen was a force back in the day. But lets Ave it right, He never went into anyone`s house single handed. He had helpers on every gig. A towering 6f 6in with crew would frighten most who were about to get "Taxed". The dynamics changed when "Gangs" got organised and had unlimited access to state of the art firearms. French had his day. New Players more ruthless take over the mantel.

@@GarethSewell1982 no he likes to go on about corruption when his initial investors were a quiet group of criminals, then Once he made it big he got his PR in overdrive, engratiated himself by teaming up with his once enemy turned ally, joe anderson (under investigation for corruption) during this time he got the rights to a building, turned it into a homeless shelter, in time for the local council to pay all ground rents and costs due to the "charitable" nature, that block is now being turned into private apartments. Then after the homeless issue, investors werent getting paid, and were fobbed off for months, eventually once it became public he had to sell off numerous properies joe anderson had given him (first dibs, not available to public which was illegal) hence a handful of hotels and potential developments got sold off...For a loss...And wealthy drugs gangs bought them, now hes going on about corruption and tried to run for council and failed
