Such fascinating history of which I was not aware of. I've added James Prichard's books to my goodreads list. Are there bookstores in KY that sell his books? I'd prefer not to order from amazon. Thanks.

Sadly, Amazon may be the only option. The publisher of his book is no longer open. Some local places may but it would take some searching.
