Savannah, I'm sitting here trying to think of the words I want to say to you. Not only are you having an effect on these ladies in the prison system, but on the average person like me. Your passion and enthusiasm to want to help women incarcerated is so heartfelt and inspiring. What a beautiful, kind hearted young lady you are. Keep fighting Savannah. I believe even when your mom and dad are released, you will still continue your efforts. I had no idea what the prison system is like. Your You Tube conversations have been very educational. I know your mom, dad and family are so so proud of you.

Savannah - I am going to say something I first heard from your mom.... God doesn't bring you to something, without bringing you through it. I truly believe God is working hard through you, and you are stepping up to the calling. I am so proud of you! Your parents literally helped me find my way back to Jesus, and trying to strengthen my faith. I can never repay you and your family for what you have brought me back to my life - and you are doing it for many more people than me! I hope you continue your path, and keep fighting to reform our judicial system. The world needs more people like you! 💟🙏

Savannah, you are truly an angel! I have watched every one of your podcasts and as you have said you wouldn’t have known the criminal aspect and system if your parents weren’t in it. I’ve been through a tremendous amount of abuse and neglect and it’s truly refreshing to witness how God has been working through you! I agree you don’t know what you don’t know until you have walked in someone’s else’s shoes! I have been to many psychiatrists and counselors over the past 35yrs and know that the programs who hire ex convicts who either have mental illnesses therefore normally use drugs to numb the pain by using drugs and or alcohol have been the most effective! I have been both and continue to drink but by watching you your faith and the people who have walked in my shoes by explaining their stories in order to help people through God is remarkable!!! I am a true believer of God regardless of my entire childhood of abuse ie:mental, physical, neglect and molestation. I questioned God how he he could allow me not only to be born but how he would allow me to suffer so much pain as an innocent child. It took until I was 30 to realize that he brought me into this world not only to be that that person who has unconditional love and understanding for the mistaken and often misunderstood children and adults who have never have unconditional love, respect, security or even the basic foundation necessary to feel any type of self worth… you are an amazing person and I know that when you give your word to continue your fight for all of us after your parents are out, I whole heartedly believe you! And that this is a Godsend in its self! I am going to continue watching everyone of your programs and know that witnessing God work in you and these wonderful and vulnerable people who tell their life stories! You and these great people are going to continue making a huge difference! Keep up the great work honey and please continue to pray for all of us that need it!!! My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family! GOD IS GOOD!🙏🙏🙏

In the State of TN, they can become licensed cosmetologists. The women can take cosmetology while incarcerated in Nashville and West TN and then sit for the test before being released. Have you thought about connecting with the prisons or any of the educational partners in TN? They too could possibly use your support.. But, great job using your platform for education and light.

This was a hard one for me. At four years old I lost my Mom to a drunken driver. A guy who made a choice to get behind the wheel of a car which led to killing my only mother, and I’ve never gotten her back obviously. The kids of the driver still had their Dad, what did I have? That said, it’s been years now, the ship has sailed and I’m who I am today even through the most intense grief at every life event that I had without her. I have forgiven him, the monster in my lifetime of nightmares but I did that for me and my faith…he deserved every year he got behind bars otherwise I am convinced he would have killed others. He didn’t get much time because in those days it was less of a punishment but 10 years or 30, he would deserve it if it meant no other child went through what my siblings and I did.

I commend you for doing this! I’m in Walton County, Ga. My son was falsely arrested on a VOP. Only for the DA to say two weeks later that there was not enough evidence to hold him. So before he was arrested no one took the time to do their job. He missed Thanksgiving with his family & also school. We hired an attorney (same county) his name was Austin Jones. His family was very prominent in Loganville, GA (Walton county) only for him to take out money and for us to find out that he was arrested for child p0$n & soon after he was disbarred for multiple counts. I had a detective tell my husband & myself that the judge went easy on him because of who his Dad was.. WTH! This county is so backwards. It’s truly you are guilty until proven innocent OR until someone does their job. Do you have ANY advice for me?

Savannah, we must strive to move forward with Faith; not by eyesight and always remember, the most prominent Bible passage about turning evil into good is found in Genesis 50:20, where Joseph says to his brothers, "As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as they are today."

U didn't only effect the person who died but family, friends, kids, grandkids and so on.U effected them mentally. They will look and act towards things differently. I believe in a redemption arc ... i believe people shouldn't be treated like trash and thrown away.... I've been covering YSL since jury selection and Footstool Fani who had until today to turn over the docs and just like the supeona she refused.... could you imagine fani in rice street for her crimes denied bond 8 times... sitting for 2 yrs on pretrial then going through a year long trial get acquitted on all counts by a jury of your peers only to be held after being found NOT GUILTY on charges you caught while being unlawfully imprisoned because the jail is overcrowded and the cell doors don't lock so when you get jumped you have to defend your life! The corruption is rampant in the state of Georgia (and i know you know that far too well) keep on em sassy! We are sick and tired of all these double standards you can't teach your kids to stay out of jail when investigators detectives and prosecution and judges are playing a game with lives without accountability! It's time for change!

The people who make the rules can't follow them themselves.... bet if all these govt officials were adjudicated guilty for their crimes we watch them in real time commit and they all had to spend some time in metro Atlanta jails I've got a funny feeling that "jail reform" and "doj reports" would then MATTER but only if it affects them!

@@anastanaszek524read the court documents and watch all the lawyers who have read this case utterly shocked over what the government did to the family and then come back and say how they are frauds. The frauds are the FBI agents that performed an illegal search that was the basis of the suit, the IRS agent that lied on the stand and admitted to lying once the trial was over, the judge that allowed evidence of the forbidden fruit in court when it was ordered by a magistrate judge that it not be brought in because the government performed an illegal search. The government first went after the Chrisleys by saying thy had not paid their state taxes. Only to find out that OVERPAID there state taxes and the state owed them thousands of dollars. So then they went after them on a federal level. An IRS agent testified that the Chrisleys owed money for years that they actually did not owe for. The reason why…because as the prosecution prepared for trial they spoke with the witness on several occasions and told her she was to testify that the Chrisleys owed taxes for multiple years. The prosecution also went after the Chrisleys for a couple of bank loans. Not one of these banks went after the Chrisleys. As a matter of fact the defense brought in employees from each bank to testify. Todd and Julie Chrisley did file bankruptcy on some loans thru their bank, however it was when the housing market crashed. Todd and Julie were real estate agents. Their loans were for their real estate business from my understanding. The banks testified that so many of their customers were filing bankruptcy or just not paying at all and that even though Todd ended up filing bankruptcy he actually tried hard not to and paid longer than most. Julie was put in prison for bank fraud when her name wasn’t on a single loan. The banks testified they never dealt with Julie but with the Chrisleys business partner Mark Braddock and on occasion Todd. Julie’s crime…she showed up at the bank to pay the loan from time to time. So the prosecution used that as a way to prove Julie knew about the loans and knew they were obtained fraudulently. The banks testified that Mark Braddock handled nearly everything. Mark Braddock was fired by Todd when Todd realized he had stolen millions of dollars from him. Mark admitted in trial that he falsified documents, pretended to be Todd in calls to the bank, make email accts on Todd’s name, forged Todd and Julie’s name to bank documents, tapped Todd’s phone…etc. He admitted to doing all those things but said Todd and Julie were aware. However there was never any solid evidence Todd and Julie knew. Two people testified against Todd and Julie. An admitted liar, the ex business partner who got FULL immunity as long as he testified against The Chrisleys. And the IRS agent who lied and admitted that after trial as well as in a sworn statement used by the defense when they filed for the appeal: that is one reason they won the appeal because they had evidence a witness lied: evidence was brought in that the first judge ruled should stay out because it was obtained by an illegal search: every other person that testified at the Chrisleys trial testified that Todd and Julie were great people who tried to do right by people, even multiple bank managers and employees from the very banks the prosecution was using as a way to charge The Chrisley. Study the case. I haven’t seen ONE LAWYER go over the case and actually believe that Todd and Julie were treated fairly.
