Wes Watson, he's the brutally honest friend, or father figure that so many of us could use. Over the years we all create an outsourced spirit version of ourselves. It stands back and takes in our thoughts and actions, and it makes recommendations, I call it Hugo. He's my guide thru tough times, my creative multiplier during times of discovery, and he directs my thought center when I over step and I need to correct. Mr. W touched on it at the end of this video; my loose quote: "Wishing away our negative traits does nothing. The only way to keep them at bay is to know they’re coming, be ready and have your answers in place. Step back in your mind and have a strong witness. I watch my mind from a bird’s eye view. I tell myself that this negativity is not me, and this is not what I want. I change it before I make a mistake."

Wes is talking about instinct, which will essentially dissipate without having to exist in a survival situation. On the inside, in a wolf pack, a football team or anywhere that the squad/pack/unit's strength is more important than the individuals, instinct and intuition are paramount to the fulfillment of the unit as a whole. Anyone with with non-honed instincts are essentially liabilities to the unit as a whole, this applies to any pack, except the resources to offset those liabilities are greater in a non survival environment. Do not be a liability to yourself and your loved ones. In the Pen you get lit up, in the workplace you get fired, ball team you get let go, wolf pack you get left or culled. Family however usually accepts these liabilities, which only increase them. Since we live in 2020 and a safe space culture, folks are literally applauded for their weaknesses and liabilities in some instances.

It’s safe to say that this guy became a better man in prison. He’s got perspective beyond his years.

Man the shit he talks about on hear is real shit. I mean the positive energy and negative energy, the way to growth is through pain, putting in the work even though your tired, passing up the pleasures etc. He is deffinetly one of the best motivational speakers I've ever come across. This channel reminds me that the way to what I want is hard but that's good. It builds character

It's the bs algorithms, all this social media mayhem is controlled by marketing protocol, algorithms etc. It's a trip. My channel experiences way more dramatic fluctuations due to the inconvenient realities I cover regarding our society being a circus. People in power simply encourage us to live like overgrown toddlers for the meaningless bs while simultaneously complicating life for no logical reason whatsoever. Anxiety, depression and restlessness are all unfortunately profitable industries. RESPECT for being aware 💯👊
