Wes it's 2:23 A.M. my brain wakes me up like an internal alarm clock now. I feel better than I have in years and I truly thank you. I'm in the middle of a set. Yeah I'm on the floor. I'm actually doing a push up and when I come up I type 1 letter. I hold myself up for about 10 seconds on every push up because you know your stuff and like you said muscle is built through time and resistance. I'm still with the program. I know you are. No sick days. Yeah when I started I had the titties. I weigh 215 now and my fat has transformed to muscle. i'm getting results and it's all thanks to you.

🤔 Better to crush out negative behaviors. Such as eating less junk food, unhealthy foods I find myself not being able to sleep as long. I realize that it's better to make meals healthy and have less unhealthy foods. Wes means it is dysfunctional to not change negative behaviors. It teaches people to keep their word.
