This is the video ive been mentally asking for wes. Im in my young 20s and negative situations in life lead to a huge drinking problem and ive realized what damage its done not only to my life but my self as well..even though youre just a guy on youtube youve been a big role model for my everyday life. Keep up the good work wes and hope all will stay well!

Hi man. I can relate. I started drinking in my 20s to get through rough times. Just made things worse. Thing is didn't have access to such content. Take heed of this wisdom and be a superior man. It's harder not to drink. But the reward is much much better. Good luck!

As soon as you break character, you stop getting that high from your little achievements and your successes, furthermore you feel down and depressed because you think you fucked it all up just because of that little slip and at that point you go look for external immediate gratifications like binge eating. The best thing you can do is to just accept the lack of satisfactions and gratifications until you're back on track so that you can feel the high of your success journey again. Look at the suffering as if it's something good, find pleasure in it, only if you suffer, you get back on track, fuck this immediate gratifications. Great Video Wes Greetings from Luxembourg!

It took me a long way time to grow up and away from these behaviors and sometimes the idea still shows up out of nowhere that I could get away with doing a little but that same thought has brought me to ruin many times over until I finally got wise to it. I normally agree with big dawg but relationships are a 2 way straight. A good woman WILL SACRIFICE for the man she loves THE SAME WAY her man sacrifices for her. Ive been with a woman who loved my support but NOT ME enough to work and make a life WITH ME as opposed to just living in my apartment. Sometimes we can't see it but women will take advantage of your DRIVE and use it to support themselves. It took me a long time to realize love from another person shouldn't have to be something YOU work for or at, it should be mutual FROM THE GATE.
