I had seen the episode where he discussed doing this but I had assumed he had superheated jam in the microwave. But if it's boiling water and jam, then I guess it would still sort of stick and therefore burn?

he said prison napalm and acted like it would burn better and stick, but literally nothing burned and its just boiled water LOL. nothing like actual "prison napalm"

I know that if you super heat honey it’s very fluid and holds the heat so it burns like acid. Is that what he did ?

It's not "warm" water. In prison there are those sort of dispensers that have incredibly hot water. It's for ramen soups and instant coffees.

Actually, in the uk at least, the water is only heated to around 70°c in these boilers to prevent this from happening. ​@DevotedDisciple-x
