@@user-zc5ft9nw9b That's not the point. The title is claiming he's the actual devil. Which is a specific character. I mean, Darth Vader is not real either, so would you be ok with the title saying it's Darth Vader in prison? Of course not. So it's also no good to claim it's the devil in prison either.

That's funny. I was a still photographer on a movie with the inmate and a producer on another movie with the guy who played the Wishmaster.😊

@@Bad_Sick_311 I don't know why this just showed up today but sorry about the later reply. I have considered it. I never worked on any big pictures but I still see movies with actor I works with. It's fun to see. Thanks.

If he's in prison, it means he's been convicted and sentenced. There are no "charges" to drop as there are no outstanding charges against him (unless we're talking about _additional_ pending charges unrelated to his present incarceration). He'd need a whole retrial, and I doubt they'll get one because of a "potentially damaging procedural screw-up." That ship has sailed.

Sorry to piss on your story sweetcheeks. It could be an outstanding case that came up after his conviction. Not the brightest, are we.
@fateweaver98448 ай бұрын
Depending on the screwup. The court of appeals takes screwups very seriously if you can prove it. And depending on evidence and the nature of the screwup it can lead to a retrial or even a downright acquittal

@@loxism72 An outstanding case that came up, after his conviction for which he is doing time in prison currently, wouldn't result in him going free as the attorney claims even if dropped. It would just mean he wouldn't get additional time. He'd still need to finish the current sentence for the first conviction, sweetcheeks!
@fateweaver98448 ай бұрын
@@cosmomontanaro5759 charges can get dropped if a higher court finds you not guilty of the crime the lower court charged you with. I got wrongfully convicted of receiving stolen property 12 years ago. The Appellate court overturned the conviction and the state had to drop all charges. That's how acquittals work.

VERY true, but people calling him Devil also fits as people throughout the film also wrongly refer to him as such, mainly Kritschkov and the priest, and on a few occasions, the Djinn has corrected them on the difference.
