Ian Dennis RIP to Judith and Cornelia. Also RIP to Sheila (Lizzie) in 1991 and Monica (Pat O'Connell) more recently in 2010. It's a shame that we're losing good actors of Australian television, film, radio and theatre due to ill health. I'm happy that we got the chance to know them in a way, and to be entertained by them and that we can enjoy watching their characters and storylines forever in Prisoner. 😃

I always loved Bea i know a lot of people do too. Bea always makes me laugh and she often comes out with some cracking one liners. Another appearance from Joyce Barry we are lucky. Also this is the first time that Joyce's first name is mentioned by Meg. Although the character of Joyce Barry was still only a small part back then in the programme, however her character becomes a much bigger part of Prisoner after Coleen 'Po Face' Powell leaves Wentworth much later on. Speaking of which another appearance from old 'Po Face' Powell in this episode but the glasses did not suit her character and thankfully they dropped them from her character later. And who this transferred from Barn Hurst prison Uh-Oh it's that no good bitch Chrissie Latham, Meg is not happy, good flash back sequence here when we see what happened to poor old Megs husband Bill Jackson. And first appearance from Pat O'Connell.

The actress seen here playing Mum's daughter and Judy's mother is not the same actress that we saw originally in the early episodes of Prisoner. As i've already mentioned in a previous post she was originally played by actress Ann Charleston who later went on to Neighbours as Madge Bishop the wife of Harold 'Jelly Belly' Bishop played by actor Ian Smith who is also seen from time to time in Prisoner as the head of the prison department Ted Douglas. However Ian Smith and Ann Charleston may have been in Prisoner but they were never seen in episodes. Also as i've mentioned in a previous post Ian Smith actually worked on Prisoner as either Writer or Co-Writer of episodes from time to time and was also occasionally executive producer on the program if i remember correctly.
