🐰 Located right near Yonehara Beach, the most popular snorkeling spot on Ishigaki Island, this is a highly recommended destination for sea lovers! 🐰 Full of coral reefs! Venture a little deeper, and you might even encounter sea turtles! 🐰 The peacocks were originally kept by someone in the neighborhood but seem to have gone wild. Hi! I wanted to comment and say how much your videos mean to me. I have a chronic illness that had prevented me from leaving my home for the past few years. I love traveling, and its been heartbreaking to be unable to see the world the way I want to. I hope someday I'll get to visit all the places I dream of seeing, but in the meantime, your videos help me capture the joy of traveling from home. It feels like I'm there with you! Thank you for all the wonderful videos ❤

Beautiful. Great location once you've stayed in a port-area hotel and are happy to be 'away from it all'. I'd imagine the private beach at night is a sensational place to go at night to look at the UNBELIEVABLE amount of stars. Nobody mentions the stars you can see when you get away from the port area of Ishigaki Island; drive as far away as you can from the visible lights/light pollution and you'll see one of the most astonishing night skies you'll ever see in your lifetime. Yonehara beach is some of the best snorkelling you'll enjoy. Get there at least 15 minutes early for lunch at nearby Tonkatsu Riki as there are queues right after opening time. Enjoy the backyard hammock of Hikari Rakuen's guava farm juice bar after lunch if you're driving down towards the south of the Island. So much nearby to see, do and eat. Oh and PS= I get a kick out of seeing how shallow all the beaches with jellyfish nets are-- another thing NOBODY talks about or even mentions in their travel vlogs! It never gets deeper than a bathtub, none of these swimming areas! I'm curious how deep the Intercontinental's jellyfish-netted private beach gets, can anybody tell me? Also, all swimming pools remain very shallow too with no deep end at all. Odd little details I noted.

That "baby Japanese gecko" is actually Plestiodon barbouri or Barbours's blue tailed skink. Not a gecko. 😅 Sorry just had to google it since it was so cool looking. That color of blue was just so beautiful. ❤ Where I live we don't have any exotic or bright colored animals so I just love seeing them from all over the world when ever I can. I also loved the snorkeling with all the fishes. Thank you for the lovely video once again!

@its_time_to_travel7 ай бұрын
According to what I've heard from the hotel staff, you can indeed see the turtles while snorkeling! They may be a bit distant, but if you're an experienced snorkeler, you should have a chance to meet the turtles. Thanks for watching🐠🐡💖
