Subscribed! Some excellent advice in your video. I'm a hobby chef--I only cook for my friends and family but I've gotten pretty good at it. I've been thinking of trying my hand at being a private chef but my fear of not having professional training or experience is holding me back. You're so right: being a successful private chef is more than just the food. The hospitality and entertainment side of the culinary experience counts for a lot.

This is inspirational however it's sounds a little to good to be true...I'm also a private chef but the pandemic hasn't been good to me in business. What have I not been doing ?
