@@gio_32 What? that is some of the dumbest thing I've ever heard. They're on youtube to learn how to improve what they're doing wrong and learn from more experienced people.
@gio_323 жыл бұрын
@@badrel-huni4394 obviously you could not sense the sarcasm in my comment. The real reason he is struggling is because he is trying to run a vegan restaurant. Maybe 10 percent of the people in any given area know exactly what vegan is and maybe 1 percent or people or less are actually vegan. He should have opened up a restaurant that sells regular food and have a nice vegan menu for people who live that lifestyle. This is a real good opportunity because for example a family with 2 kids has a vegan daughter and they want to go out to eat. The vegan daughter must compromise and do her best to “create” or “alter” a signature dish. Perhaps he is passionate about libinjbhhu he a vegan lifestyle. He can still incorporate that into hid mcç fine but understand the demand is low. U

@WilsonKLee3 жыл бұрын
Haha then you maybe fit for this :) You don't need to wait until you finish your degree to add some useful skills/experience to your tool set. Maybe getting a job at a local coffee shop or learning some marketing on the side so you can use them in the future! Know that this is all a journey and anything you do before can be super valuable for what you want to do in the future. So be strategic with your time. Best of luck!

I was thinking of selling food from Deli style restaurant from 10 to 3pm and 6 to 11pm. Is that wise for closing in the mid day? Thanks for ur ideas
@carterfamily9096 Жыл бұрын
Not it’s not wise to close. That’s throwing away sales. It may be slow, but your hours r off Busy hours up to 2 pm and start as early as 4 for dinner rush. If it’s about man hours, cut the staff hrs but keep them doing “busy work” by preparing for dinner rush. Probly needa close round 8-9 depending on the day of the week

hmmm 40 hour/week...isn't that quite low at least for me...when i first started my food business, i worked min 12 hours per days, 7 days a week with no vacation for 5 years just so that i could get ahead of the competition...it was so brutal but fortunately i love doing it so it feels more like playing then working...and now everything pays off instead of working 12 hours per days, now i just show up to monitor for 2 hour max and then spend the rest of my days playing with friends and family while having the same amount of income (my salary) per month as head manager
@Chinoiserie98392 жыл бұрын
Yeah....40 hours a week is just like any other jobs. For me its not that bad because i used to work from 8-5 for six days a week then do business on weekends.

@WilsonKLee3 жыл бұрын
What is a fruterias?
@genesiscruz48852 жыл бұрын
A frutería could be one person by themselves selling nothing but fruit in a small stand and the other version would be like a small mom and pop shop that sells things like fruit but can also have smoothies sandwiches that sorta thing.
@franktompkin50652 жыл бұрын
It sounds like a fruit/deli. I believe it's happening in certain city in regards to fruit stands, but there's a lot regulations and license in the US especially if meat is involved.
