No offense meant but the property seems highly overpriced. You will need renovations and it will eat a big chunk of your budget. For the selling price,, there should be a lot more amenities other than the helipad. The diving platform (?) seems a nice touch. The docking area should have been developed to accommodate large boats (for human transport and supplies). Is the property connected to mains water, sewer and electricity?

Outstanding property, but you will need about $7.5m to buy it demolish every single structure, clean the area, set up a self sufficient solar system and water desalination equipment (like the water maker in mega yachts ) and redesign. Then maybe build a home and a proper dock, so another $2m …so about $10m in, it would be a world class trophy property…

Ive heard yung reason of selling ng owner. Foreigner na nkapag asawa ng tga batangas my dog sila na anak na turing nila sadly namatay yung dog. Kaya nalungkot yung couple and they decided to sell their island kase nga maraming memories with their fur babies😭

Snippet: Where do you send #2 living on that solo floater island? Will #2 spoil the pure turquoise color of that unspoiled ocean? What's the sanitary standards owner (s) must abide by? It would be better to paint the installed dark color rock on the house to white paint or into an ivory color to give the house some friendly look as opposed to having a black ambience.
