I just used the Minute Suite in IAH yesterday on my way home from Panama City, Panama. I have Priority Pass Select through my AMEX Platinum, so I got a free hour (then a $34/hour rate after that). It was really good for what it was, especially since that hour was free. I love the in-room white noise machine. It really helps me relax and go to sleep. One thing you didn't mention was that they sell drinks and snacks at SIGNIFICANTLY lower cost compared to the rest of the airport ($3-$4 rather than $6-$9 at those Cibo Markets or $5 at the restaurants). I loaded up on water while I was there.

It will mean the world 🌎. Yes the Minute Suite is a good option especially if you do have Priority Pass. You do have a fair question regarding the bottles of water and Sodas and my answer is that when we first reviewed the Minute Suite they did not have any of those items available.
