Interest Rates for Hard Money Construction Loans

Wow. thank you for this video . I am in the process of buying land and building a home. I was quoted 7.5% interest payment after closing for each draw and will continue for about 6-9 months until the house is built. I thought that was high to part with such a large sum of money. Your video is very informative. I still need to do more research though.

Thanks for watching. 7.5% interest is extremely low, especially for ground-up construction. I don't think you can get any lower from a private lender unless you're doing huge volume.
