Thank you for the view! On our little 5 acres we plan to date them and then set them aside until the moisture content drops and then every spring during leaf and pine needle burning season we will put them on our burn pile and turn them into ash. The WHO, UN, USFS, National Park Service and even some counties now have guidelines for how long the compost must sit until it is safe to use. If the temperatures of the compost are high enough in some cases the compost can be technically safe in just a few hours. However, we recommend and the consensus from the various technical guidelines is 2 years. That is one of the reasons we designed our outhouse around standard garbage cans. They are cheap, durable and if for a couple or small household you only need 2 or 3 for a year the cost is negligible. For higher volume locations we recommend contractor trash bags. Which would take up less space and attract heat in sunlight which helps speed up safe composting. With the water to flush removed the total volume is less than you might imagine. The simple, reliable method is just set aside in a designated spot and ignore for two years. Let mother nature do her thing and then you have safe, beneficial compost.

I had a Quick Look in your site and couldn’t see a price. Perhaps just set a product sale item through google and then you can link the video to a sale. A little solar powered fan will also assist any odor issues which I know the saw dust will fix but not every “motion” has the same perfume .. 😂

On the fan...yes a fan in some instances might be helpful. We believe that in most cases a bit more sawdust is a good option. If you completely cover a job with sawdust it forms a vapor barrier as well.
