For the next 90s honda swap you do it's much easier and faster to just disconnect outer tie rod and lower ball joint and you can leave the fork if your re- using same axles. Also using a leveler or seat belts with be easier to maneuver the motor and pitch transmission now and tilt it sideways in bay to get it out and you can do it with the half shaft on there, last piece of advice is before removing the distributor you can use a sharpie to mark a line from dizzy to cam cap.

My S2K suffered cathastrophic failure on cylinder 2 about 5 years ago on the way from Wales to Portugal, it blew up in England a few miles from the Eurotunnel, once I figured out there was no way out of it and the cylinder was melted (faulty coilpack caught fire) I've just made it safe, unplugged the injector, kept on top of fluids, took it easy (ish - had 3 speeding tickets, one of which at 106mph) and drove the following 1500miles all the way through France, Spain and finally northern Portugal. It was from that moment that I had to take my hat out to a Honda never leaving me stranded on the side of the road, 1500miles with one cylinder down on zero compression and the good old F20C kept going like it was nothing, took me home and saved me a whole lot of hassle 3 countries away... I ended up replacing it with a blueprinted spoon 2.2 crate engine off nengun but the block that suffered the failure is still alive, had it relined with darton sleeves, refurbed crank, forged pistons and rods, new head with BC cams and lightened flywheel ready to do 10k RPM of NA goodness, will probably end up on my mk1 mx5 one day :)

I noticed mobile 1 on my junkyard gsr burned off a lot and at times to the point very low oil. Changed to non synthetic 5w30... Didn't not have that issue. Also cheap and easy to do change the pcv valve as well And noticed you use mobile on the Sr20. Friend of mine uses 15w40 or 5w40 rottella to assist in surviving countless amount of hard driving limiter and 25 psi of boost lol Good luck and great work
