@@jacksonpriestap3685 As the contracts have gotten bigger in NFL and NBA players are unwilling to risk their body over a game that doesn’t affect their team. The MLB All-Star Game winner used to get the World Series home-field advantage for a while and this was a good incentive to try. Maybe something like this could be implemented in the NFL… not sure how.

They can make the pro bowl competitive again with a few changes. 1) interceptions and recovered fumbles are now worth 2 points for the defensive team plus 6 if returned for touchdowns 2) have random 2 minute stretchs where all points scored are doubled for both teams. 3)missed field goals loose three points. 4)Sacks are worth one point. This gives the defense more inspiration to play a little harder, but still have fun as is the goal with any all star game.
