most people think that they can't jump in the beginning cause their legs aren't strong enough, when in reality, they can jump higher, they just have to train their body to jump. Eventually, your brain will understand what you are doing and will activate the muscles required to jump. Then that is when you start working out to strengthen your legs. The body is an amazing thing.

there is no secret for palming the ball, you just have to strenghten your grip. get a towel and hang it over a bar or a tree branch. Now hang on that towel as long as you can gripping it with both hands. do that every day for a few days and you should see first results, especially with small hands.

1. Nutrition. Keep low body fat. Muscle is dense and explosive, fat is just extra weight. 2. Strong core. Key of everything, avoid energy leaks as it transfers through your body to the ground and back. 3. Flexibility. Not just your legs, but whole body. We are using lots of other body parts as we jump ( like the arm swing) 4. Plyo. No need to squat huge, just be explosive with lighter weights and focus on progressive overload. 5. Jump like a mofo. Keep practicing your technique, watch others pros do it and give it time to develop 💪🏽

Please live for God and love Him for, He sent His ONLY SON to die for us on the cross and so that we can get into Heaven even though we sinned And if you not a Christian, there is proof that God exists and is the ONLY God and so many so many people that were on drugs and in bad places with the wrong people saying that Jesus saved them Remember that good works do not get you into Heaven, faith in Jesus does, but faith without works is dead, so do good works, but do them out of love and because you're saved, not to get loved and saved

"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only son so that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16 Jesus is the only way to eternal life in heaven. John 14:6 So don't trust in your own goodness to save you. Transfer your trust to the savior and you will receive God's free gift of eternal life. And with His help repent of your sins. However, we do not and cannot earn salvation by our good works, so Jesus paid the fine for our sins for us. God loves you so much and showed that through Jesus Christ! Romans 5:8 Hopefully this inspired and encouraged you today. God bless. For more great and awesome information about this check out Living Waters channel.
