Is there a similar way to do it when it comes to videos, not only static images? How would you combine them?

Yes sure, It's exactly the same process, for all the write nodes choose sequence and then you can do the stitches on After Effects with sequences in a comp. Very similar process. ⚡🦾

It is just if you want to use nuke for free and be able to export larger than Full Hd... They are other solutions to merge titled exr via python and gui libraries but more complex to handle.
