If I’m not mistaken this is a balloon frame build!! Reason being the corner posts and rest of the studs seem to go all the way up in length for two stories. Then you have that one board inserted for the floor joists to hang. Ask them about balloon frame and see if this applies :D

Yes, it looks like my structure is really called a balloon frame.
